Service Terms (Paid and Free/Research Consultations)

1. Paid Consultations

When you book a paid consultation, you are exclusively compensating the astrologer for their time and expertise in analyzing your chart, NOT for guaranteed outcomes or specific predictions. The astrologer reserves the right to terminate a session immediately, without refund, if the client is abusive, threatening, or demands specific medical/legal predictions.

2. Free / Research Consultations

If you are receiving a free, discounted, or promotional consultation for research purposes:

• You acknowledge that your consultation may be delayed or cancelled at the astrologer's sole discretion without prior notice.
• You grant explicit consent for your astrological data (planetary positions, transits, dashas) and life events to be analyzed and used for astrological research, case studies, and future publications. Your identity (Name, Email, Phone Number) will always remain strictly confidential and anonymized.

1. Platform Ownership & Contracting Parties

This Platform (https://parishodana.xyz) is owned by Ganesh Solutions, with its registered office at Flat No 304, Chalapathi Paradise, 2nd Line Venkataramana Colony, Guntur, India. By accessing this platform or booking a service, you enter into a legally binding contract with us.

2. Indemnification (Hold Harmless Agreement)

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ganesh Solutions, Venkata Ravi Kishore Dontharaju, and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) Your use of the astrology services; (b) Any life decisions, investments, marriages, or medical choices you make following a consultation; (c) Your violation of these Terms.

3. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the unconditional right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion. If payment was made and service is refused *prior* to chart preparation, a full refund will be issued.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. You expressly waive the right to litigate in any other jurisdiction.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, illness, natural disasters).

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We are highly committed to protecting the privacy of your sensitive personal data.

• Information Collected: To provide accurate astrology services, we collect your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, and contact details (Email/Phone).
• Use of Birth Data: Your birth details are used exclusively to generate astrological charts. We will never sell, rent, or publicly expose your identifiable personal data.
• Research Exemption: As stated in Section 2, the mathematical/astrological configurations of your chart (without your name or contact info) may be used for internal astrological research and anonymous case studies to advance the science of astrology.
• Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, internet transmissions are never 100% secure, and you share this information at your own risk.
• Cookies: The Platform uses cookies to analyze traffic and improve user experience. You can disable these in your browser.
• Data Retention: We retain your chart details for future consultations and research purposes unless you explicitly email us to request deletion of your records.
