Payment Policy

Important Payment Terms

All payments made for services on our platform are non-refundable once processed. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a service that is rendered upon payment confirmation.

Exception: Duplicate Payment Refund

In the event that you accidentally make more than one payment for the same service request on the same day, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment after careful verification of the transaction records.

To request a refund for duplicate payments, please contact our customer service with details of both transactions. All refund requests for duplicate payments must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

1. Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. Refund and Cancellation Policy
